About
A Mobile and Web App for Tracking Construction Progress, Materials and Project Stages
Our system replaces paper logbooks and brings everyone involved in construction together in one service. It records work, materials and issues with photos, timestamps and geolocation, enabling transparent, real-time site oversight. The mobile app and web service work even offline, and all data syncs automatically so the client, contractor and inspector always have access.

About the Project
CONSTRUCT is a digital construction log with AI/ML-powered materials control. The project grew out of a problem familiar to the entire industry: paper logbooks can't reliably record work progress or construction inspection visits, and the lack of digitized material deliveries makes timely lab quality testing difficult.
The app records work, materials and issues with photos, timestamps and geolocation, uses AI/ML to extract data from delivery notes and works even offline — all data syncs and is available to the client, contractor and inspector in a single service.
Solution
The Challenge
Without digitized tracking of construction material deliveries to urban improvement sites, timely laboratory quality control is impossible.
Without early warning signs of potential delays, teams can't respond and take action in time. The actual stage of work on renovation sites often doesn't match the approved schedule.
A paper construction log can't reliably record how often construction inspectors actually visit a site. Without digitized oversight, there's a risk that the log gets backdated — often filled in without anyone being on site.

We built an MVP for demonstration and testing.
