About
Online Ticketing System Integrated with the BARS Box Office
Our system runs a dedicated online sales process for tickets and gift certificates for a thermal spa complex in Perm. It gave the client an effective new sales channel and significantly increased sales conversion.
Every purchased certificate can be easily redeemed at the box office, and an e-ticket can be linked to a visitor's personal wristband at the entrance. This ensures convenient entry and smooth operation of the access control system.

About the Project
Perm Thermal Baths is a thermal spa complex that needed its own online channel for selling tickets and gift certificates.
Previously, a large share of purchases were made offline, which put extra load on the box office and limited sales. The new service had to accept online payments, exchange data with the BARS CRM and 1C, and automatically pass ticket information to the access control system.

The thermal complex was limited by its existing sales channels: tickets and gift certificates were purchased mostly offline, which reduced conversion and put pressure on the box office.
The client needed a new, convenient and fully automated online sales channel that would increase customer flow, simplify service and integrate with existing internal systems.
