About
An Innovative Job Search and Hiring System Inside the Telegram Ecosystem
We built T-Card — the first Telegram Mini App that brings job seekers and employers together in a single digital space, with no separate apps to install. The platform automates hiring, lets candidates showcase their projects and skills, and helps employers quickly find the right specialists or assemble product teams.
T-Card creates a new recruiting channel inside Telegram, where much of the IT audience already spends its time. With seamless sign-in, a flexible specialist profile and reviews verified on the TON blockchain, the app builds trust, speeds up hiring and significantly reduces recruitment costs. It works equally well on mobile, desktop and Telegram Web, keeping everyone involved fully engaged.
Task
About the Project
T-Card is a digital specialist profile inside Telegram. It replaces scattered PDF résumés, portfolio links and conversations across different chats with a single card: tech stack, work experience and verified projects, all in one place.
The product tackles the fragmentation of the hiring market by moving recruitment to where the IT audience already is. Candidates sign in with one click and build their profile without installing any third-party apps, while employers get quick access to real, active specialists and their verified experience. The result is hiring that's more transparent, faster and cheaper for both sides.
Solution
The Challenge
The IT job market across the CIS, Europe, Asia and the US is saturated with fragmented platforms, and employers face high recruitment costs.
Job seekers lack a fast, convenient tool where they can:
- showcase their tech stack,
- publish their projects,
- collect responses,
- and communicate quickly, without posting résumés on dozens of websites.
Employers, meanwhile, face high recruitment costs, difficulty verifying references and the lack of a shared search space inside Telegram — where the IT talent pool is already concentrated.
Our task was to create a new hiring channel — fast, seamless and available on any device without installing an app.

Solution / Development Process
We designed a Telegram Mini App where specialists can create a single professional profile listing their experience, tech stack, skills and completed projects. Employers get a convenient tool for finding candidates, reviewing verified experience and communicating with applicants directly inside Telegram.
Mini App Built from Scratch
We designed the UX specifically for Telegram and built a responsive interface that runs equally fast on iOS, Android, Desktop and Web.
Candidate and Employer Design
We created a full candidate dashboard as well as employer interfaces (in development), including job posting and application management.
TON Integration and Verified Reviews
Employer reviews are recorded on the TON blockchain, creating a unique level of trust.
Seamless Sign-In via Telegram ID
No registration, passwords or long forms — one-tap login.
